Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Group Limited in Singapore is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to understand business needs, analyze processes, gather requirements, and propose solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and performance across the organization.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, document clear functional requirements, support solution design, testing, training, and change adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Information System/Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 2 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with requirement gathering, process mapping, and testing.
• Relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile-related certification can be an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, exciting environment.
• Familiar with use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Deepseek) to assist to automate simple work processes.
