Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an IT Service Management Engineer to strengthen ITSM governance, drive CSI, and craft clear communications for incidents and advisories. The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboards, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid Seletar setting.

You will apply ITIL-aligned processes, work with technical teams and vendors, and leverage AI and automation to improve service desk efficiency, knowledge management, and self-service offerings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ITSM experience with ITIL-aligned processes.
• Proficient in IT communications and incident updates.
• Strong written English, able to simplify technical info.
• Experience with ITSM data, KPIs, SLA trends.
• Experience with AI-enabled service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Govern ITIL-aligned processes and monitor SLAs.
• Create professional IT incident/outage communications.
• Analyze service data and produce dashboards.
• Lead CSI initiatives and track benefits.
• Coordinate with process owners and vendors.
• Support major incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Prepare service dashboards and awareness content.
