Zusammenfassung

IPOS International invites applications for an in-house IP lawyer role in Singapore. You will provide timely, practical legal advice to IPOS business units to support projects and policy objectives, ensuring commercially-sound outcomes.

You will advise IP registries on IP legislation and practices, assist with IP law reform, and translate policies into legislation. You will represent Singapore on IP issues in international forums and negotiate policy positions as needed.

Qualifikationen

• A recognised law degree.
• Between 2-4 years relevant working experience and called to the Singapore Bar.
• Experience in government or a public agency is preferred.
• Familiarity with the law, policies and practices in IP law areas such as Patents, Designs or Copyright.
• Analytical, independent and self-motivated.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely, practical legal advice to IPOS business units to support projects and policy objectives.
