Job summary

IPOS International in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in the International Business Partnership team to drive growth with foreign public agencies, associations, private entities, and universities in line with the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. You will learn and contribute by identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and engaging stakeholders to promote IPOS Group’s services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, or related field.
• 3–4 years in business development, sales, industry engagement, or related role.
• Ability to handle projects independently.
• Proficiency in a foreign language and familiarity with overseas markets is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable messaging.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with presentations, data analytics, and visualization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute go-to-market strategies for China and regional markets.
• Conduct market research and produce intelligence reports.
• Engage stakeholders, schedule meetings, prepare materials, maintain contacts.
• Coordinate industry events, conferences, stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
