Job summary

MTS SYSTEMS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an IP Network Engineer to own end-to-end incident and problem resolution, perform RCA, and collaborate with cross-functional infra teams.

The role involves coordinating with Huawei and other vendors for hardware/software issues, leading critical incident responses, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and security standards. The candidate will also perform Huawei device configuration and optimization, conduct health checks, and provide proactive technical

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end resolution of network incidents per ITIL processes.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and security threats.
• Adhere to customer/Huawei policies on change management and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end incident & problem management for escalated network issues.
• Collaborate with infra teams to troubleshoot and isolate root causes.
• Coordinate with Huawei/vendor support for hardware/software issues and patches.
• Lead high-priority incident responses (P1/P2) and implement final fixes.
• Drive technical conference calls to accelerate problem identification and resolution.
• Communicate clearly and work independently on complex assignments.
• Ensure compliance with change management, SOPs, and security standards.
• Perform daily configuration, commissioning, and optimization of Huawei devices.
• Conduct proactive network health checks and capacity analysis.
• Provide detailed PM reporting and follow-up actions after maintenance.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and advise on improvements.
• Act as SME and collaborate with TDs on complex resolutions.
• Demonstrate ability to work under high pressure to meet SLAs.
