Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Network Operations professional in Singapore to manage daily network activities, drive rapid resolutions, and coordinate with infra and application teams.

The role emphasizes incident management, root-cause analysis, and proactive problem prevention. You will lead troubleshooting for complex network incidents, work with vendors, and ensure operations align with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking or related field.
• 10+ years of network operations experience; CCIE is preferred.
• Expertise in network protocols, architectures, and technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, MP-BGP, EVPN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage network daily activities; implement changes, review scripts, and support incident and problem troubleshooting.
• Handle network incidents escalations from L1/L2; respond to incidents, problems and security incidents.
• Collaborate with infra tower teams and application teams to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with network vendors’ support teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Handle critical network incidents under pressure to minimize business impact.
• Attend conference calls with support teams for problem identification and resolution.
• Maintain good communication and work independently; adhere to bank policies and processes.
• Senior technical role responsible for rapid resolution of network problems; drive resolution despite dependencies.
• Proactively identify potential network problems and guide junior members; manage production issues.
