Job summary

Just Talent Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, put-away, picking and issuing within the ERP system.

You will coordinate with procurement and logistics, manage inventory levels, lead a small team, enforce safety and ISO compliance, and drive improvements in space utilisation and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in SCM, Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of warehouse or supply chain experience with supervision.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and ERP processes.
• Experience using ERP/inventory-management systems; AutoCount advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Forklift licence an advantage; able to operate material-handling equipment.
• Fluent English; Mandarin helpful when dealing with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking and issuing.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded in the ERP system accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers, customers and transport providers.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points and supplier lead times.
• Train warehouse staff and ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Maintain ISO 9001 & 45001 compliance and records.
