Job summary

CONCEPT ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will plan receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will supervise warehouse staff, maintain stock records, plan manpower and schedules, enforce safety procedures, monitor equipment, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to optimize space and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory control and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely processing of orders.
• Plan and control receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff including supervisors, storekeepers and helpers.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for replenishment and deliveries.
