JG EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore.

You will supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching, while leading and training staff to achieve accurate stock records and timely order processing. You will conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, ensure safe and efficient storage, and coordinate shipments with suppliers and logistics providers, maintaining a clean and compliant warehouse

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Lead, train, and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are stored safely and efficiently according to company procedures.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and warehouse operating procedures.
