Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Store & Inventory Coordinator in Loyang Way, Pasir Ris. The role covers stores administration, inventory control and production-related support in a 5-day week.

You will work with Stores & Production Exec and other departments to ensure accurate records, timely transactions and smooth operations. Must have 3–5 years experience, strong Excel and ERP familiarity. Salary starts at 3,500 SGD with potential to 3,800 SGD after confirmation; standard 5-day

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in administration, operations, or warehouse-related roles.
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination.
• Experience with invoicing or transactional processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite; familiarity with ERP/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Process GRNs, Delivery Orders, and related stores documentation.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate consignment inventory usage and replenishment requirements.
• Raise production-related paperwork and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Coordinate purchasing of stores and supplier documentation, including quotations.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in ERP and systems.
