Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a warehouse assistant to support daily operations in our facilities. You will be responsible for material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting and inventory discrepancy reconciliation to maintain accuracy.

You will also maintain and take care of company-provided equipment, carry out other duties as assigned, uphold 5S standards and good housekeeping, and work within a quality system environment.

Responsibilities

• Material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory discrepancy reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform all necessary tasks to support warehouse operations.
• Properly maintain and take care of company-provided equipment.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the management team.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work within a quality system environment.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety practices within a warehouse environment.
• Able to operate hand scanners.
• Able to use RF scanners / Personal Digital Assistants (PDA).
