Job summary

PBA SYSTEMS PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to support data entry, stock checks, and inventory accuracy. The role involves ensuring tallies with the system, performing warehouse housekeeping, and participating in cycle counts.

The candidate should have at least O Level education, be computer literate, and able to multitask with good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and filing.
• Checking of stocks.
• Ensure Inventory tally with system.
• Checking the Quality and Quantity of Incoming/Outgoing Goods to ensure correctness and acceptable quality.
• Performing warehouse and housekeeping duties.
• Data entry for inventory management.
• To participate in stock taking/Cycle count exercises when required.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
