Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional to manage inventory and warehousing operations. You will receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials, organise storage, and maintain precise records to support timely replenishment and dispatch.

The role requires 2–6 years of relevant experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• - 2–6 years of relevant experience in stores and warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling within an industrial environment.
• - Practical experience with receiving, inspecting, issuing, packing, and dispatching materials, alongside maintaining accurate operational records.
• - Familiarity with ERP/system transactions and inventory documentation, with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy.
• - Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and organised storage techniques.
• - Basic proficiency in computer applications and a willingness to utilise ERP systems for inventory record maintenance.
• - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective stores and warehouse operations.
• - Strong organisational skills to follow processes and manage responsibilities within set timelines.
• - Commitment to workplace safety practices and maintaining an organised environment.
• - Clear communication skills for effective interaction with internal members and external partners.
• - A responsible work ethic, with a readiness to learn and improve processes within warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• - Receive, verify, and inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods against purchase orders and quality requirements, collaborating with the Quality Control team to address any discrepancies.
• - Organise, store, and label raw materials and finished goods in designated warehouse areas, adhering to FIFO/FEFO principles and established storage practices.
• - Maintain precise inventory records by updating ERP/system transactions and stock registers, supporting timely replenishment, and ensuring stock accuracy.
• - Support the seamless movement of materials and finished goods by issuing raw materials to Production against approved requisitions.
• - Execute packing, labelling, sealing, and palletising of finished goods according to approved specifications, verifying product quantities and quality prior to dispatch.
• - Verify dispatch documentation, ensure loading accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams for the timely delivery of finished goods.
• - Conduct periodic physical stock verifications and reconcile inventory, investigating variances and adjusting stock records as necessary.
• - Produce operational documentation and maintain accurate records related to packing, inventory, and dispatch to support reporting requirements.
• - Identify and report any damaged materials, product quality concerns, or operational issues, ensuring timely resolution through effective stakeholder communication.
• - Uphold high standards of cleanliness and operational safety by adhering to 5S practices and organisational guidelines.
