Job summary

A1 RASA PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Store Keeper to manage stock, supervise staff, and plan promotional campaigns for the store.

You will oversee goods in storage, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate records and timely reporting. The role requires hands-on experience in retail operations, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with opening hours. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in retail management or sales is required.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and during opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.
• Verify goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and quantity received.
• Store storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
• Check storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene daily.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, storage areas, and hygiene compliance.
• Ensure store requisitions are signed by Department Heads.
• Ensure requested quantity matches issued quantity.
• Store requisition forms signed and entered into MMS.
• Post all invoices using the MMS system.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues.
• Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues per internal controls.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures for food and beverage items.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine levels and needs.
• Assist Accounts Payable Clerk in cost discrepancies.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Extend all requisitions daily and update the inventory system.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Address vendor delivery issues and oversee returns.
• Verify and track received inventory and generate logs/reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
