SRI SARAVANAA FOODCAFE PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Store Keeper in Singapore to manage stock, supervise staff, and plan promotional campaigns for the store.

You will ensure accurate inventory, oversee storage, and coordinate with Purchasing to keep supplies ready and compliant with hygiene standards. Strong communication, Excel/MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work during opening hours are essential to post invoices, track deliveries, and reconcile discrepancies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Ability to develop retail promotion strategies.
• Positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work during opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

• Receive and forward goods to storage areas.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor inventory and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear, organized records and filed reports.
• Verify goods arrived per purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store food, beverage, and operational stock securely.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of storage areas.
• Sign store requisitions with Department Heads and reconcile quantities.
• Enter requisitions and update inventory management system.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Address vendor delivery issues and manage returns.
• Produce inventory reports and logs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
