Job summary

SHAHANA PLUS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized store keeper to manage stock, staff, and promotional planning for the store. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and records to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure during opening hours. This on-site position offers opportunities to optimize stock and collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Retail management or sales experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Promote and implement retail promotions; be positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to storage.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor inventory and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear records and file reports and invoices.
• Ensure storage areas are clean and hygienic.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Oversee vendor deliveries and handle returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
