Job summary

Times Distribution in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage supplier follow-ups, monitor shipments and coordinate across internal teams. The role requires strong English, good communication, and solid Excel skills to input data accurately.

You will liaise with forwarders and third-party logistics providers, handle claims for discrepancies, and perform ad-hoc duties in a fast-paced environment while contributing to reliable operation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma, preferably in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English.
• 1 year of relevant working experience will be advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player and reliable independent worker.
• Good organizational skills with a high capacity for detailed work.
• Hardworking, action-oriented, and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with suppliers on shipping discrepancies, raise claims and input data into database system.
• Check Shipment details and monitor shipments
• To coordinate between internal departments as well as external suppliers
• Liaise closely with forwarders and third-party logistics provider on all shipment details
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required
