LUME HAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse, inventory, and logistics for our beauty retail stores. The role involves active day-to-day operations and frequent travel across Singapore to support stock movement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics or retail operations, with a hands-on approach, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Singapore driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or retail operations.
• Experience coordinating warehouse activities is preferred.
• Hands-on work including loading/unloading goods.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel between Singapore outlets.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is advantageous.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations for beauty retail stores.
• Manage receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing, loading, and unloading of products.
• Coordinate stock transfers and deliveries between warehouse and outlets.
• Travel to different outlets across Singapore to support stock movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and transport of products.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and internal departments on stock needs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve stock or logistics issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
• Support other operational duties as required.
