Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, POS systems, or IT troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel between Head Office and retail outlets.
• Able to lift, move, and transport stock and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Logistic Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Head Office and retail outlets. This role is responsible for purchasing, logistics coordination, inventory management, outlet maintenance, and basic IT support to ensure smooth operations across all locations. This position requires regular travel to retail outlets to provide operational support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate maintenance works.

Key responsibilities

• Source products, supplies, and operational materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Liaise with retail outlets on stock replenishment and procurement needs.
• Coordinate deliveries and transportation arrangements.
• Receive, inspect, unpack, and sort incoming goods.
• Organise and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare stock for outlet replenishment.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of outlet orders.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on outlet equipment and fixtures.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with external vendors where required.

About you

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, warehouse, facilities, or purchasing.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, POS systems, or IT troubleshooting will be an advantage.
• Comfortable travelling between Head Office and retail outlets.
• Able to handle lifting, moving, and transporting stock and equipment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
