Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a senior Inventory Governance Lead to drive accuracy, integrity, and financial outcomes across our Distribution warehouse operations in Asia. You will design and oversee the governance framework for inventory management, ensuring digital records reflect the physical stock and compliance with audit standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 7–10 years in Inventory Control, Internal Audit, or Finance within high-volume distribution.
• Minimum 3 years in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sector (lot traceability, expiry, recalls).
• Global/Regional/multi-country management experience, international placements preferred.
• Deep experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience reconciling WMS data with ERP financial ledgers (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Govern inventory accuracy and data integrity across Distribution warehouse operations.
• Design and oversee governance framework for inventory management.
• Maximize inventory availability while minimizing shrinkage.
• Oversee financial reconciliation of stock and audits.
• Develop skills and capability in market heads of inventory.
