Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Governance professional within the Procurement Department, Corporate Planning Division, to ensure safe and compliant warehouse operations. Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with SAP EWM.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations at executive/mid-management level.
• Experience in governance, audit and compliance is advantageous.
• Strong communication, meticulous, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Accuracy and Control; manage cycle count activities and inventory adjustments.
• Ensure timely reporting of cycle count results and discrepancies.
• Conduct warehouse audits and prepare reports; implement corrective actions.
• Lead operational improvements and process enhancements; drive RFID implementation.
• Troubleshoot ASRS issues with Muratec and internal stakeholders to minimise disruptions.
• Gather requirements and manage UAT for system enhancements; support troubleshooting.
• Develop training materials and drive change adoption among 3PLs and warehouse users.
• Lead warehouse improvement and automation initiatives.
