Zusammenfassung

DSM-Firmenich AG is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee inventory, coordinate 3PL/warehouse operations, and align supply plans with regional sales in APAC. The role emphasizes proactive risk management and cost optimization across the regional distribution network.

You will collaborate with E2E Supply, Commercial, and Customer Care teams, supporting transportation flows from port to center and ensuring OTIF targets are achieved in a hybrid work setup across APAC.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Planning, or Inventory Analysis.
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply coordination, logistics, and/or inventory management.
• Experience in regional or international APAC supply chains, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proficiency with SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution.
• Experience with SAP APO/R3, BW and master data driving systems and processes.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage regional inventory to meet demand while minimizing costs and risks.
• Coordinate transport, 3PL, and warehouse activities to meet OTIF targets and lead times.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between Planning, Logistics, Commercial, and Customer Care.
