Job summary

Novartis Singapore is seeking an experienced logistics professional to ensure HSE, cGMP and GDP compliance across warehouse operations, with hands-on oversight of receiving, verification, labeling and put-away, and accurate SAP Goods Receipt transactions.

You will lead a sizeable team of warehouse operators or contractors, coordinate QA sampling and distribution, drive continuous improvement, and maintain inventory accuracy while safeguarding quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse management within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP/cGMP expectations and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE, cGMP and GDP compliance across warehouse operations.
• Lead receiving, verification, labeling and put-away activities with SAP Goods Receipt.
• Execute process orders and material issuance accurately and on schedule.
