Job summary

WuXi Biologics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Leader to oversee GMP-compliant operations in Singapore. You will manage receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and KPI tracking while driving audits, deviation handling, change control, and complaint investigations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, support warehouse design and system deployment projects, and mentor staff to ensure safety, cost control, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on GMP warehouse operations experience.
• Experience leading GMP audits and deviation handling.
• Experience in warehouse project management (design, construction, system deployment).
• Valid Forklift license; WSHO or Dangerous Goods handling certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Lead GMP audits and ensure passing of regulatory and customer audits.
• Drive continuous improvement via EHS, KPI management and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, EHS and Finance to ensure safe, efficient supply chain.
• Coach staff and manage budget, asset stocktaking and training.
