Job summary

TRUSTWAY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery activities.

You will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and uphold a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.
• Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training when required.
• Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
