Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records accurately and promptly.
• Verify inventory data with internal teams and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize errors.
• Analyse inventory data to identify trends and shortages.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels balancing supply and demand.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Prepare regular inventory reports on stock turnover, value, and stockouts.
• Provide admin support for export activities, including billing and documentation follow-up.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as required.
