Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain precise inventory records and control stock across the warehouse. You will monitor movements, support SAP implementation, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

The role requires 2–3 years in inventory control, familiarity with SAP or WMS, and strong attention to detail and analytical skills to achieve accuracy targets above 99.5%.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in logistics/supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP or WMS implementation/support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock movements.
• Ensure accuracy in SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Prepare inventory balance and discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to resolve inventory issues.
