Responsibilities

• Cycle Count Management: Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile with records.
• Inventory Adjustment Control: Verify variances and process adjustments in WMS/ERP with proper approvals.
• Inventory Discrepancy Investigation: Identify root causes and collaborate with warehouse operations for resolution.
• Inventory Accuracy and Compliance: Monitor KPIs, support audits, and maintain records per procedures.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare cycle count and variance reports; analyze trends for improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance inventory control processes and train staff.
