Job summary

Jobster Private Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate stock records and support warehouse operations. You will monitor inventory movements, ensure SAP system accuracy, and help with reconciliations and internal controls.

You will manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service to resolve inventory issues, while maintaining 99.5% inventory accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience using SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record receipt, issuance, transfer, and adjustment of stock.
• Maintain SAP and WMS inventory records and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory; investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare stock replenishment requests and monitor trends.
• Create inventory balance reports and discrepancy reports.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Production to resolve issues.
