Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an Inventory Controller to monitor and manage stock levels, recording receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments in the warehouse. You will maintain accurate records in SAP and WMS, ensuring timely and correct transactions, and support stock location management.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, stock takes, discrepancy investigations, and continuous improvement to achieve 99.5% or higher inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
• 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience using SAP or WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels by recording receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and WMS; ensure timely, correct transactions.
• Perform cycle counts, stock takes, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate replenishment and stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Prepare inventory balance and discrepancy reports; support audits.
