Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support daily inventory management, stock replenishment and planning activities. You will coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

You will monitor stock levels, review forecasts, generate monthly reports and help improve inventory control and KPI performance using the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inventory management, stock replenishment and supply planning activities.
• Coordinate with key customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and preparing monthly stock and inventory reports.
• Review demand forecasts and replenishment plans to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Support the implementation of new projects, customer programmes and operational initiatives.
• Track operational performance and assist in preparing monthly KPI reports.
• Analyse inventory and forecast discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control, planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's ERP system.
