Job summary

VFI FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking an Export & Import Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day shipments, prepare and verify documents, and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers. The role ensures timely delivery, accuracy of documentation and compliance with customs procedures.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in import/export or logistics coordination, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade or related discipline.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in import/export, shipping, logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
• Experience in import/export documentation, freight coordination and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day export/import shipments, bookings, documentation and tracking.
• Prepare and verify import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents and customers.
• Assist with Singapore Customs / TradeNet declarations and permits as required.
• Liaise with warehouse and production to coordinate cargo availability and schedules.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records for audit and reference.
