Job summary

TALENTVUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator to support customers and provide logistics solutions in coordination with senior leadership. The role covers end-to-end export documentation, shipping operations, and interaction with regulatory authorities.

The candidate will manage vessel bookings, liaise with banks and embassies, handle freight charges, and provide ad-hoc operational support to the Export Shipping Executive.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and provide logistics solutions in coordination with the Executive Chairman & Joint CEO.
• Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipping operations, including vessel bookings.
• Liaise with SFA, banks, embassies, and government authorities on export documentation and approvals.
• Handle freight charges, financial security, stock allocation, and warehouse/production matters.
• Provide operational support and cover for the Export Shipping Executive, including ad-hoc duties.
