Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end AR processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, and client billing requirements.
• Proficiency with VAT/GST rules as they apply to receivables and invoices.
• Advanced Excel skills for high-volume financial data.
• Experience handling multi-currency transactions and international entities would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, covering sales order review, invoicing, collections, cash application and account reconciliation.
• Raise accurate invoices and credit notes while ensuring currencies, taxes, payment terms, and client billing requirements are applied.
• Proactively follow up outstanding receivables and work with clients and internal teams to improve collection outcomes.
• Allocate incoming payments and investigate unapplied cash, disputed invoices and outstanding account queries.
• Perform bank and AR ledger reconciliations and prepare ageing reports and debtor updates for Finance stakeholders.
• Maintain billing information and support client onboarding requirements, including vendor registration, billing portals and master data updates.
• Contribute to month-end activities, cash-flow forecasting, audit requests and improvements to AR processes and systems.
