Job summary

Savills Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable) to manage billing, receivables, GST compliance, and revenue-related accounting for Singapore entities.

The role collaborates with business units to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong internal controls over the revenue cycle, with responsibility for month-end close and audit support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Revenue Management: liaise with business units to ensure timely invoice submission.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Ensure GST treatment is correctly applied on invoices, intercompany charges, and recharges.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for accrued revenue and related adjustments.
• Prepare and issue monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: record receipts and maintain bank schedules.
• Reconcile receipts and investigate unidentified or unmatched items.
• Monitor debtor aging and follow up on overdue accounts with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving billing disputes to facilitate timely settlement.
• Finance reporting: support month-end close and prepare schedules for audits and compliance.
