Banshing Industrial Co Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to manage the end-to-end billing, collections, and receipt postings within a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and project teams to ensure accurate invoicing, e-invoices, and timely payments while maintaining master data and supporting auditors.

The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English and Mandarin to communicate

Qualificações

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years AR experience, preferably manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Good understanding of AR processes and accounting principles.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required for communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable including billing, collections, and receipt postings.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to process overseas shipping docs and local deliveries.
• Collaborate with Project Team for NPI billing.
• Prepare and post customer invoices in SAP and submit e-invoices.
• Monitor goods receipt and payment timing; follow up on overdue payments.
• Record customer payments and prepare receipt journals in SAP.
• Issue refunds and credit notes with proper approvals and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly customer statements and maintain aged receivables.
• Maintain customer master data and business partner records.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries; liaise with auditors with supporting docs.
• Any other duties as assigned by Finance Manager.
