Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a sales support executive in Yishun. You will process customer sales orders and quotations, coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time fulfillment, and update customers on order status and stock availability.

You should be outgoing, Excel proficient, and capable of maintaining accurate records. The position offers a 5-day work week, up to SGD 3,000 monthly, plus variable bonus and AWS.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product support.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
• Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures and customer service standards.
