Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Singapore to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and support outdoor sales. You will coordinate across departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional service.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales support or customer service, with strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems are advantageous, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and tenders.
• Support Outdoor Sales Executives in managing accounts and fulfilling customer requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company’s ERP system.
• Monitor stock availability and liaise with suppliers for product sourcing when necessary.
• Provide administrative support for sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and after-sales queries.
