Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Intern to join our Talent and Transformation team in Singapore. You will work on consulting projects and help translate data into HR insights while learning how HR transformation strategies are shaped.

This role requires a current university student, available full-time for 3–6 months from January 2027, and a passion for learning about HR. The position is hybrid, with at least three days in the office each week.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent and Transformation team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Intern in our Talent and Transformation team , you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.

What you need to have:

• Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
• Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from January 2027.
• A passion for learning about various areas of HR.
