Marsh invites a motivated university student to join our Talent and Transformation team in Singapore. This full-time internship, based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, runs for 3 to 6 months starting January 2027.

Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent and Transformation team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Intern in our Talent and Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.

We will count on you to:

• Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
• Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables.
• Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.

What you need to have:

• Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
• Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from January 2027.
• A passion for learning about various areas of HR.
