Marsh in Singapore seeks an Intern to join the Talent and Transformation team within People and Investments. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and offers exposure to consulting projects, translating data into meaningful HR insights.

You will be working with stakeholders to shape HR transformation strategies, gain hands-on experience in project planning, and contribute to deliverables across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources.
• Available full-time for 3–6 months, starting from May 2027.
• A passion for learning about various areas of HR.

Responsibilities

• Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
• Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables.
• Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
