Job summary

You will map workflows, run gap analyses, prototype automation, and test with users.

Qualifications

• Experience with process mapping or workflow analysis is beneficial
• Good communication skills across teams are important
• Willingness to learn and try new approaches in a government setting

Responsibilities

• Create process maps (e.g., swim lanes) of current onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and redundant steps
• Prototype automation or process improvements using MS tools
• Conduct user testing and iterate prototypes within internship period
• Prepare recommendations report and present findings to stakeholders
