The Ministry Of Social And Family Development is offering an internship focused on mapping current onboarding and offboarding processes and identifying friction points. You will design, build, and test automation solutions (e.g., using Microsoft Power Automate) to cut manual work and improve accuracy for the onboarding experience.
You will map workflows, run gap analyses, prototype automation, and test with users.
The intern will map out the current onboarding and offboarding processes from end to end, engage relevant stakeholders to understand where potential friction points are, and identify what can be streamlined or cut. From there, the intern will design, build and test automation solutions (e.g. using Microsoft Power Automate), with the aim of reducing manual work, improving accuracy, and making the onboarding experience better for everyone involved.
We are looking for a self-motivated and curious individual who enjoys tackling challenges and exploring new ideas. The candidate should be comfortable taking initiative, learning on the job, and thinking through how things can be improved. Experience with process mapping or automation tools is beneficial but not essential; we value a positive learning attitude and willingness to try new approaches. Good communication skills are important, as the candidate will work with colleagues across the organisation and present insights and recommendations.
