Job summary

matrix interiors & contracts pte ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial interior design fit-out projects in Singapore. You will oversee site teams, coordinate technical requirements, and ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining safety and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior design fit-outs, strong planning, and excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, designers, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management, Workplace Safety, Construction Management, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior design fit-outs and renovation projects.
• Strong organizational and construction planning skills, with ability to manage fast-tracked timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and monitor site progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Manage and supervise site teams and subcontractors to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards
• Coordinate technical design requirements, on-site modifications, and M&E work packages with the Qualified Person (QP) to ensure compliance and project alignment
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, and consultants; actively participate in project, site, and progress meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making
• Prepare, track, and update construction schedules and progress reports for internal teams and clients to maintain transparency and control
• Enforce workplace safety standards and project-specific safety requirements on site to ensure a safe working environment
