Job summary

Iwa Design Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. You will ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship and strict cost control while coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing budgets, site progress, safety compliance, and documentation. A Diploma or Degree in Building/Construction Management or Interior Design is required, with 5+ years of relevant

• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
