Job summary

THE DREAMR PROJECT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee on-site activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery across interiors and fit-out works.

You will prepare site reports, manage client and contractor communications, support procurement, and facilitate handover with thorough documentation. A diploma or degree in a related field and 1–2 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of site safety practices to maintain a secure working environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams while conducting regular safety inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to maintain high project standards
• Assist with procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination to support project requirements
• Facilitate smooth project handover by ensuring all deliverables are completed and properly documented
