ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Support professional to handle quotations, orders, deliveries and related documentation.

You will liaise with suppliers and customers on delivery, stock entries and reporting, and assist with hardware/software installations. The role emphasizes customer service and relationship building in a professional setting.

Competenze

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design.
• Good contacts with interior designers and architects.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Entry level in Sales – Corporate may be considered.

Mansioni

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stock entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and reports.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and guide clients through steps to setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and professionals.
• Ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the manager.
