Job summary

DAY ONE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage quotations, orders, and delivery paperwork while coordinating stock and client communication.

You will install and configure IT hardware and software as needed, assist clients to set up systems, and build strong relationships with customers and professionals. Experience in corporate sales is advantageous, but entry-level candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, IT products, or technical support preferred.
• Established relationships with interior designers and architects would be an advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with corporate sales experience.
• Entry level in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
• Positive attitude & independence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stock inventory/entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/or guide client through setup and issue resolution.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Ad-hoc assigned by manager.
