Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales support professional in Singapore.

You will prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries, invoicing, and documentation while liaising with suppliers and customers. The role includes hardware and software setup assistance and guiding clients through system configurations. You will build relationships with customers and professionals to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related field experience.
• Prefer entry level in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
• Experience in office system furniture, carpet or interior design is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good contacts with interior designers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.
