Job summary

HOME FIBRE INDUSTRIAL PTE LTD is seeking an Interior Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor to handle tendering and pre‑contract activities in Singapore. You will quantify and cost components, source subcontract quotations, and prepare comprehensive BQ documents.

Post‑award duties include cost control, progress claims, variations, final accounts, and contract administration while coordinating with site teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as interior fit-out quantity surveyor.
• Knowledge of contract types (SIA, PAM or bespoke).
• Ability to prepare accurate cost plans and BQ.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and provide cost estimates.
• Prepare tender BQ/cost plan and source subs/quotations.
• Submit tender documents and perform value engineering.
• Support interviews and post-tender clarifications.
• Monitor costs, prepare progress claims, and manage variations.
• Prepare final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Conduct take-offs from drawings for carpentry, ceilings, finishes, M&E.
• Administer contracts, ensure site coordination and compliant documentation.
